Revvi ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered reputation management service built for cosmetic surgeons and aesthetic practices. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

• Email address — collected when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account.
• Google Business Profile data — when you connect your Google account via OAuth, we access your business reviews and related information to provide our service. We only request the minimum permissions necessary.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you interact with our platform (e.g., pages visited, features used), which we use to improve the product.

Google OAuth Integration

Revvi uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Google Business Profile. This allows us to read your reviews and, with your explicit approval, publish responses on your behalf.

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Revvi to access the specific Google APIs required for the service. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We do not store your Google credentials. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely to perform actions you have authorized within Revvi.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Revvi service
• Monitor reviews and draft responses on your behalf
• Send you product updates, waitlist notifications, and service-related communications
• Analyze usage to improve our AI models and user experience

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting infrastructure) strictly to operate our platform, and only under confidentiality agreements. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
